Разведмашина - это специальный автомобиль для Разведчиков с тонкой броней и слабым оружием, но с высокой скоростью передвижения. Once the Recon soldier reaches Rank 11, he's allowed to purchase a Scoutcar - i.e. he has unlocked it. The Assault Team for Scoutcars is called "Mechanized Recon".
Scoutcars and Armor have different controls! - The Gunner and the Driver are two different players, meaning if someone uses it alone, he has to switch seats by pressing "C".
This makes it harder to use a Scoutcar but it is also more tactical - you can transport Recon troops whilst having some sort of protection from Tanks and other Vehicles. Each side has different Scoutcars - the US Army uses the M8 Greyhound, while the Germans use the Sonderkraftfahrzeug 222 - both have a cannon and a machine-gun in their turret. They're able to carry up to 5? Infantrymen and can be equipped with Supply Crates (Health/Ammo) or Panzerfaust 60(for anti-tank situations) . (Details about the crates in Cars)
Sometimes you can make them very useful against light Tanks, but you should always remember - Tanks are stronger than Scoutcars!
And don't forget, Scoutcars have open-top turrets. This means you can be killed/sniped from inside your Scoutcar, so make sure you watch around yourself, especially for pesky Infantry creeping up on you from behind!.
