M4A3E8 'Easy 8'
M4 Sherman je Americký stredný tank. The tank was designed over M3 Lee's hull but it had a turret unlike the M3 Lee. This tank was designed to be easy to manufacture and maintain. When the M4 Sherman came out it was armed with a 75mm gun which could easily penetrate early German Panzer III & IV models which couldn't penetrate the M4 Shermans sloped frontal armor from range at all. During the war just like the German medium tank Panzer IV the M4 Sherman went through many modifications and upgrades. The tank was also provided to Great Britain who also modified this tank.

When driving a Sherman make use of natural barriers and buildings for protection when fighting stronger tanks like the Panzer VI Tiger. This version of the Sherman can actually handle a Tiger if you are careful, make sure you aim for the weaker armored sides and as always in tank warfare try to hit them first.
