Germany's starting Major Cities are Budapest, Rome, Athens; while the United States's starting Major Cities are Arnhem, Saint-Quentin, Edinburgh; and the Soviet Union's starting Major Cities are Leningrad, Warsaw, Donetsk.
The objective of the Strategy Game is to capture 15 Major Cities or to have the most Major Cities while one faction has been wiped out.
