PIB in WW2: "The Princess Irene Brigade" is a brigade that was mostly filled during the second world war with Dutch refugees who carried out missions against the Germans. The Dutch refugees came to England to free there country. They wanted to actively participate in the war. Many of the refugees were part of the invasion of Normandy.
